Claims Handler

We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Claims Handler** to join us at our offices located in **Farnborough**. **What will you be doing**:

- Handling commercial motor claims 'cradle to grave' on both a delegated and non-delegated basis.
- Ensure an exceptional claim service is delivered to each and every Client.
- Review and if necessary, challenge Insurer decisions on liability.
- Deliver consistently an exceptional claim service to every Client.

**You need to bring with you**:

- Experience of handling commercial motor clams and compliance to relevant processes.
- Working knowledge of all the main classes of General Insurance and GDPR, FCA / FOS and the CII's Code of Ethics.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market is desirable.
- Cert CII qualification is highly desirable or willing to undertake the study.
- Minimum 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) and should include Maths & English at Grade C or above
