**Job Title**: Delivery Lead

**Location**: Greater Manchester (specifically Bury, Bolton and Rochdale)

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week (flexible working to include 2 evenings a week)

**Salary**:£28,875

**Reporting To**: Service Lead

**Key Relationships**: Service Lead / Weight Management Practitioners / Contract Manager / Client Service Teams / Stakeholders

**The Role**:
To support the Service Lead with the organisation and delivery of the Tier 3 adult weight management service in Greater Manchester including group delivery. To line manage the team members within the tier 3 weight management service, including adult weight management practitioners and nutritional support practitioners. Reviewing KPIs and making sure team are on track to meet KPI targets. Communicating with the Service Lead and providing regular updates to make sure the service is meeting the KPIs within the contracts specifications. Meeting with stakeholders and commissioners to promote the service. Delivering regular team meetings and feeding back to the Service Lead.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To lead and manage the team of Adult Weight Management Practitioners and Nutritional Support Practitioners.
- To work with the Service Lead to organise and deliver the adult weight management programmes in the locality, ensuring the programmes and resources are planned and UpToDate.
- Liaise with the Clinical Team and Service Lead for the weight management service to continually improve and develop the service.
- Working with the Service Lead to help report on and be responsible for the KPIs associated with the adult weight management service.
- Delivering groups sessions is expected within the role
- Review delivery processes and problem solve challenges
- Promote a flexible approach to engaging with the MoreLife programme. Ensure there is the regular communication with participants between sessions.
- Be sensitive and supportive to the psychological and physiological needs of participants, and signpost additional support where appropriate.
- Regularly evaluate the success of the programmes and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement in terms of outcomes.
- Adhere to local and national safeguarding procedures
