We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the Airbus team in Broughton as **Head of Tooling, Calibration & Customer Support. **These are key areas within the manufacturing plant in Broughton and will require someone who has an operational mindset and is able to manage, e ngage, develop and motivate teams whilst encompassing the Airbus values.

**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM**
- Protect the safety of the Tooling, Calibration & Customer Support personnel
- Ensure processes deployed and team outputs conform to the required quality standards and expectation of our customers
- Manage the preparation and delivery of the business annual budgets
- Ensure Toolroom and Calibration SLA achieved with high customer satisfaction
- Anticipate future business needs and prepare customers and stakeholders for change
- Drive a high performance culture through the day to day management of the team including objective setting, performance management, development and engagement.
- Plan and deliver effective communications to the team and to all the key stakeholders to ensure transparency and a common focus on objectives
- Responsible for agreeing and managing the SLAs negotiating customer demand
- Anticipate service level concerns and plan effective mitigation
- Ensure a robust relationship is maintained with the Services organisation
- Ensure that Customer support operators maintain minimum training requirements to allow flexibility
- Communicate performance reports to customers and Head of Plant Production Support with improvement plans and actions.
