We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join Airbus as Head of Calibration at our Broughton site, reporting to the Head of Tooling, Calibration and Customer Support. The calibration organisation provides support and services to the plant in relation to the tooling remit, taking care of a broad range of assets including the Advanced / Electrical Drilling Units (A/EDUs), Jigs and Fixtures and Main Assembly Jigs within the Broughton Plant.

**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM**

The Calibration Manufacturing Manager will have two distinct lines of accountability. They will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the A/EDUs side of the Tooling business is managed effectively. They will also perform a customer interface role for the Customer Delivery Team ensuring the service levels are achieved for the specific functional deliverables
- Protect the safety of the Calibration and ATM personnel and asset users
- Ensure processes deployed, assets and their output conform to the required quality standards
- Manage the preparation and delivery of the business annual budgets
- Develop and deploy improvements to deliver cost effective asset safety and reliability aligned to customer needs
- Effective maintenance for new asset introduction
- Contribute to customer governance ensuring flexibility to match business priorities
- Understand customer satisfaction and develop improvement plans

- Experience in managing financial budgets
