**The Role**: Production Team Leader

**Location**: Hemswell, DN21 5TU

**Shift Pattern/Working Hours**: 4on 4off Days and Nights 6am - 6pm / 6pm-6am

**Salary**: £32,853.13

**Purpose of the role**:
To be the main support role for the team leaders and operators in carrying out their daily tasks. Cover assets within the area as and when needed to ensure downtime on assets is kept to an absolute minimum. Ensure boards, paperwork and processes are being followed correctly at all times highlighting any issues immediately. To fundamentally drive and deliver asset performance hour after hour

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- To promote a strong EHS culture and lead by example.
- To demonstrate an engaging but challenging leadership style.
- Able to cover all assets with your area.
- To ensure SIC boards are up to date and relevant.
- To ensure paperwork compliance is accurate at all times.
- To promote team engagement in the structured performance improvement project.
- To closely work with the operators and team leaders to optimise plant/asset performance.
- To deliver proactive area communication.
- Timely completion of all relevant safety Near Miss reported issues.
- To ensure shift surveillance is delivered on an hour by hour basis.

**Experience**:

- Experience of working in a FMCG environment.
- FLT trained.
- COSHH trained.
- IT literate - fully versed in MS Office & SAP.
- Experience of GMP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,853.13 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Signing bonus
- Yearly bonus
