**Role Summary**

To support our companies Vision & Missions, we have fantastic opportunities for **Production Operatives **to play a key team role in the manufacturing of our nutraceutical product range.

Our Production Department are committed to providing a high-quality product to our customers. The primary purpose of a Production Operative is to contribute to an effective manufacturing process through the correct operation of plant, systems, and processes to ensure we meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Subject to experience, training requirements, and capabilities; you will be assigned a primary duty undertaking one of the following roles:

- Blending Formulation (Splitting, Blending)
- Manufacturing (Tablets, Capsules, Coating)
- Packaging
- Gummies (Manufacturing, Packaging)

Your role will also include hygiene responsibilities to ensure that your working area meets the highest standards of food hygiene protocols to minimise risk to product contamination. There will be circumstances where you may be tasked with duties across all production operations.

Working within a small team across the production environment relies on organisation and efficiency and to meet the demands of the task. Our night shift role best suits upbeat, disciplined, and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively. Duties can involve a substantial amount of manual handling including bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching, and lifting. Having a good range of mobility is important to ensure you can work safely within health and safety regulations without placing undue strain on your body.

To fulfil the role, you must be a resident of the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

**Skills/Experience/Qualifications**

We are looking for pro-active and enthusiastic team player to join our forward thinking and dynamic team. Previous experience working with the nutraceutical industry or other regulated environments is desirable but not essential as significant training will be provided.

Subject to your experience, you may be required to complete an initial training phase on day shift pattern.

Having a good range of mobility is important to ensure you can work safely within health and safety regulations without placing undue strain on your body.

Due to the nature of the working environment, training requirements, & documentation controls, a functional understanding of verbal & written English is essential.
