Recruitment Solutions is looking for School Caretakers for our clients located in the Exeter area,

These roles would be to ensure that the establishments are cleaned, secured, while fostering good working relationships within the establishments.

**JOB ACTIVITIES**:

- Duties include cleaning, washing, sweeping and vacuum cleaning. Dusting, polishing and emptying litter bins. Normally working alone.
- Designated areas may include toilets, shower areas, fixtures and fittings.
- Daily unsecure/secure the establishment.
- Operating the establishment’s security alarm system.
- Ordering of materials.

The hours for these roles are

Spilt shifts 7am - 9am, 2.30pm-7pm ( 32.5 hours in total per week )

Rate of pay is £11.25 per hour ( which is paid on a weekly basis)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.25 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- DBS (required)
