It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:_

**Scope and Purpose**:
Commercial coverage including origination and distribution functions for institutional clients (SFWs, AMs, Hedge and Credit Funds, Pension Funds and other specialised investment funds) for all private FI Solutions, Structured Credit, Risk Transfer and Financing related business, including but not limited to: Asset Backed Financing transaction, fund financing, loan on loan transactions and distribution of Regulatory Capital relief transaction for the Group or third-party clients, NPLs

Actively contribute to the growth and business development of the Securitized Products Solution, the FI Solution and Structured Credit, Risk Transfer and Financing franchise/business in general, participating in the development of the team strategy

Pro-actively seek out new business opportunities for the FI Solution and Structured Credit, Risk Transfer and Financing franchise

Maintain close relationship with colleagues with various departments in London and Milan in order to assure smooth cooperation across different business lines including Credit, GRM, Structuring and Group Treasury teams.

**Required Experience**:
At least 10 years of relevant Banking experience with minimum of 3 years in a senior position

**Competencies Required**:
Strong knowledge of the Commercial coverage including origination and distribution functions for institutional clients, Structured Credit, Risk Transfer and financing related business,

Strong capability of working in cooperation with other desks to maximize the revenues of the branch

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge**:
Preferably MBA post-graduate degree or equivalent

Fluency in English and preferably Italian language
