It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:_

**Scope and Purpose**:

- Provide advice and ensure prompt investigation for all legal related matters
- Sign off on non-regulatory references (given/received)
- Work with the line managers for the mandatory training
- Provide and maintain accurate information/data, analysis and make recommendations to support statistics reporting, budgeting and costs KPI assigned
- Managing different reports with the head office in Milan
- Supervise the administration of the global mobility process for relevant employees/secondees
- Business Partnering by carrying out all relevant activities for assigned group of internal clients (Recruitment, training, performance management, employee relationship management etc)
- Support the Head of HR & HR Manager in developing, implementing and overseeing the administration of Employee Relations programs

**Required Experience**:
Proven experience in understanding of applicable laws and regulations, while also being aware of the company's larger human capital resources objectives

Ideally with 6 -10 years of experience

**Competencies Required**:
Highly organised and self-motivated with a pro-active problem-solving attitude.

Flexible and able to deliver high standards of work.

Committed in all aspects of role

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge**:
Sufficient knowledge of UK employment legislation

Good Level understanding of the SM&CR regime and the impacts on the HR activity

Proven ability to grasp new concepts quickly and a curiosity for learning new things

Excellent communications skills; verbal & written

Enjoys high volume, fast paced environment

Ability to manage projects, good time management and organizational abilities

Strong work ethic, attention to detail and an organized approach to tight deadlines and deliver results under pressure

A team-player with a high level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Educated to Degree level

Microsoft Office at intermediate/proficiency level
