Company Description

We are a leading domiciliary care company base in Milton Keynes. We have a busy friendly office and over 80 Care Professionals out visiting our clients.

We are looking for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to operate our front desk, support our office team on a daily basis and carry out administration duties. This is a part time role 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday, and some flexibility may be required. Occasional Saturdays

**Job Description**:
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organisation. You will greet and welcome guests who visit our business. You will also co-ordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive in the office with a positive helpful attitude
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/ deliveries
- Maintain office security
- Keep an inventory of PPE and office supplies
- Ensure training rooms are prepared for events and training days
- General administration duties to support the office

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Hands on experience with office equipment
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisation skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Customer-service focused

Hourly Wage between £9.50-£10.00 depending on experience.
