About the role

As a Senior Marketing Consultant your responsibility is to support high quality financial advice and guidance, through the provision of marketing partner services to employers and customers. These partner services are provided directly and through Distribution colleague engagement.

Key responsibilities
Help shape the evolution and delivery of our scheme specific communications offering, including bespoke customer and Member specific support where appropriate, utilising insights from our Financial Wellbeing guidance capability. Utilise digital capability to improve efficiency and end user experience. Responsible for setting targets, tracking, and optimising usage of our support services. Work in cross-functional teams with SMEs and stakeholders across the business to deliver on plans and drive the development of our communications propositions. Deepen relationships with our key audiences through the development of high-quality packaged content and tools, using research and insight to deliver meaningful advice and guidance support.
Manage agencies where required and ensure effective and efficient plan delivery to meet business objectives

Criteria

Collaborative with excellent stakeholder influencing and management skills.
Strong understanding of marketing communication tools and techniques.
Good experience of marketing planning and development.
