MUST BE AVAILABLE PRETTY MUCH IMMEDIATELY FOR 6 MONTHS.MIN 1 DAY/WEEK IN THE EDINBURGH OFFICE.

MARKETING CONSULTANT

You will have a great attention to detail to re-brand all assets which will include liaison with the studio team constantly. You’ll be able to take a brief and make the changes accordingly. This is an important migration of marketing collateral / assets and will require someone who knows the marketing compliance issues within the pensions industry - or at least a heavily compliance environment.

The main aim of this role is to support the process of updating and maintaining the Brand & Marketing owned collateral and content - regulatory change, day-to-day reviews and enhancing process efficiencies throughout.

Manage day to day asset ownership process
- Help to drive efficiencies and increased quality in the process
- Deliver on time and in line with agreed plans to ensure asset compliance. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities to review / sign off items in line with timescales.

Manage efficiencies and optimisation process
- Work closely with the Collateral Manager to highlight efficiencies you identify. Identify opportunities to support reduction in the rounds of amends required throughout the end to end process. Support opportunities to document standard to gain efficiencies with the studio. Feedback from internal and external stakeholders to highlight opportunities for change to improve operational efficiencies.

Project Vega / Engagement Enabler Support
- Working closely with the Engagement Enablers project team to support the migration of assets to the new Digital Asset Management / Content Marketing Platform. Identify opportunities on workflow and best practice to enhance the future state processes for collateral / content management.

Contribute to the overall work of the team.
- Attending and contributing to team meetings and participating in decision making. Demonstrating ability to contribute to improving processes and communications for internal and external audiences. Supporting colleagues by giving and receiving constructive feedback that is sensitive, meaningful, accurate, reinforcing and timely. Working flexibly and effectively making sure that team and business objectives are met. Keeping the team and wider division informed of things that affect themSalary pro rata’d with a range of £30,000 - £40,000. It is essential that you can commit to the full 6 months.
