**Location**:This role is based at our Edinburgh office with time spent working in the office and at home.

**Salary and benefits**:Up to £30,000 depending on experience plus 8% bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

**The Role**

This role supports our iconic Standard Life brand and is at the forefront of delivering on our ambitious plans. This role presents a great opportunity to join the business at an exciting period of growth. Reporting into the Marketing Systems Manager, you’ll form part of the Marketing Automation and Effectiveness team and work closely with stakeholders throughout the whole business to help us achieve our strategic objectives. This would be a great fit for someone who is just starting their career, offering opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment to develop essential skills within the marketing function.

Key responsibilities
- Support stakeholders across the business with day-to-day queries, issues and training relating to our content management system
- Assist in keeping our content management system up to date
- Monitor and report on system performance, making appropriate suggestions to continually improve usage and internal processes
- Assist with reporting to support our key stakeholders. Producing MI on a regular basis to provide insight which is used to support wider business conversations
- Develop marketing automation concepts to support efficiencies around how we utilise our marketing systems across the marketing function
- Champion and promote our capabilities within the marketing function and overall business Support strategic marketing technology activity

**Essential**
- Great stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of managing own diary and workload
- Ability to present information to stakeholders and leadership
- Desire to learn and develop within the role
- Basic understanding of Microsoft tools, such as excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to share ideas and learnings with the team and wider department

**Desirable**
- Experience dealing with suppliers or third parties
- Previous experience of using a content management system
- Experience in a regulated environment, e.g. Financial Services
