Sales Administrator

Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator, this is a new role due to company growth.
We are an LED lighting manufacturing company who design and manufacture Lights and Touchscreens for Aerospace, Maritime and the Contract market. The role will involve assisting with processing orders and paperwork, dispatching orders, arranging shipments, filing and other general office duties.
**Duties**:
- To process orders and communicate with customers when needed
- Utilise IT systems to maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and presentations
- Computerise sales data and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible
- Assist in organising exhibitions and promotional activities
**Experience**:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Competency in IT tools and software for data entry and analysis
- Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in sales administration
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
