Position: Warehouse Supervisor

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full time

Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday - no weekends)

Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill

Salary - £30,000-£35,000 per year (dependent on experience)

**NCF Living is looking for an honest, reliable Warehouse Supervisor for our brand new, state of the art, National Distribution Centre.**

THE ROLE:
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing and managing the loading and unloading of furniture
- Ensuring the safe and efficient running of the daily operation
- Overseeing and managing the order picking duties
- Looking after a team of approx. 10-12 people
- Being responsible for improving efficiencies and reducing errors
- Improving people productivity

THE PERSON:

- Must have 2 years previous management or supervisor experience in a busy warehouse
- Must have strong people management skills
- Understanding of manual handling requirements and Health & Safety
- Physically able
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Good communicator
- Strong leadership skills
