Position: Warehouse Supervisor

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full time

Hours: 45 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill

Salary - £29,000 per year

THE ROLE

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing and assisting with the loading and unloading of furniture
- Ensuring the safe and efficient running of the daily operation
- Overseeing and assisting with order picking duties
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager

THE PERSON

The successful applicant will have previous warehouse experience, understanding of manual handling requirements and legislation. You will be focused and well organised, confident and reliable, and physically able as there will be lifting involved. You should be able to use your initiative but also be able to work well as part of a team. You will have previous management or supervisor experience in a busy warehouse. **Must have excellent people management skills.**
