Project Support Administrator

WHP Telecoms has an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Administrator to join their busy team.
The Project Support Administrator will provide operational, administrative and managerial support to the Project Management Team, including liaising with clients and undertaking or assisting with all live projects.
The key aspects of the role are:
- To support the Project Manager on all project delivery aspects
- Update internal and external databases
- To be a clear, assertive and patient communicator with colleagues, site providers and clients on various queries
- Assist with raising purchase orders when necessary
- Review customer databases to ensure that field teams as well as relevant Project Managers are given correct access details as well as any specific hazards identified
- Work with your team to assist with the completion of handover packs
- Book access and outages on operator sites
- Review and understand specific customer specification guides
- All general administration tasks to support the project managers
This role is office based, in our Chesterfield office. All relevant training will be provided.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
