Seven Resourcing is working with Omni Resourcing to recruit for a HR Systems Implementation Lead. You will be Reporting to the HR Digital Director the role holder will guide and participate in the implementation of agreed systems and digital solutions thatsupport business efficiency and the employment journey.

£60,000 per annum.

Permanent Role.

**Job Purpose**:
Overall, the position will help develop our HR operations service capacity and capability to deliver first class a employee experience which meet service requirements and strategic needs of our businesses.

**Duties**:

- Hold ownership of the implementation of any agreed digital HR transformation deliverables in our UK businesses with the aim to change and modernise the HR landscape and ways of working.
- Work in positive partnership with others to carry out any fit and gap analysis as requested between all legacy and/or new people related digital solutions and help ensure that any digital projects are fully scoped, costed and delivered on time and to onbudget.
- Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and operational needs
- Be responsible for driving delegated development programmes and projects within Digital HR, securing harmonisation and standardisation together with relevant process owners and the HR Digital Director
- Analysing user feedback, develop best practice expertise to ensure ongoing development of service delivery models and concepts
- Set up an online solution area where innovation and people related digital projects are mapped, measured and progress communicated.
- Ensure a high quality of end-user experience by developing multiple channels of HR service communication
- Assist the HRIS Analyst in the design and support of all end user training for new digital initiatives
- Assist the HR Digital Director in the specification of digital solutions where needed, including the preparation of relevant and appropriate costing models and business cases for EXCOM approval.
- Offer overall support to the wider HR, Pay & Benefits, Learning & Development and HR Digital teams as and when required, and alongside or in between any digital transformation projects
- Assist in support and maintenance of other HR related systems and apps including the HR chatbot, employee relations tracker, intranet pages and others; this to include reporting and analysis of report outputs when required.
- Assist in the testing and implementation of HR systems or upgrades. Collaborate with functional and technical colleagues to coordinate this.
- Support our HRIS Analyst in carrying out data audits and reporting to support regular or adhoc business requirements.
- Supporting data migration from legacy solution to Oracle HCM Cloud - defining and implementing data quality review/checks/reconciliation for the system.
- Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders across the business including HR, ICT, Operations teams and Payroll.

As a person you will:

- Possess the critical thinking skills required to interpret the digital solution needed for a particular situation as well as the creative thinking skills required to use available data to help implement an appropriate digital strategy that will deliverbusiness outcomes.
- Offer a strong HR and business mind with excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution. You are passionate about delivering HR service excellence and you build high level of impact and influence with critical stakeholders. Youare a strong collaborator, working positively with and through other people, with strong influencing skills as you will be relying on non-hierarchical relationships to achieve successful outcomes.
- Have substantial experience and relevant knowledge about programme and solution management (ways of working and IT). You also have experience from a matrix organisation and solid knowledge within HR systems, policies and practice.
- Hold solid understanding of delivering to strategic initiatives translating into bottom line results and a track record of guiding digital deployments from evaluation through testing, deployment, and adoption. You have a proven record and know-how of workingwith effective adoption and change management.
- Evidence knowledge and experience across a range of HRIS and web-based HR service delivery tools.
- Hold solid HR experience, and a basic understanding of HR policy and procedures
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be a team player with the aptitude to work independently as well as cross-functionally
- Offer the ability to prioritise own workload, analyse problems and demonstrate the ability to overcome barriers.

Initial digital focus may include, but is not limited to
- Project manage any roll out of agreed shared company system such as Oracle or SAP
- Development and roll out of our HR ChatBot across all business streams
- Review initial mapping plus fit/gap analysis of legacy digital solutions and systems
- Collaborate with ICT teams on people related business solutions or links to other systems
- Education of all employees on the benefits of effective digital transformation
- Training and support for end users and managers
