**Main function of the HR Generalist role**:
HR Advising:
- Create and maintain operational relationships with key stakeholders
- End to end case management and ownership of the process
- Absence management reporting
HR Operations:
- Support the HR Coordinator in the day-to-day operational running of the HR function, including issuing offer letters and contracts of employment
- Work with and continuously improve the HRIS system _BambooHR _and supporting in the roll out of new modules when necessary
Projects and Initiatives:
- Participate in HR related projects
- Updating, improving, and implementing policies and procedures
- Support the Head of HR to co create a Learning and Development function within the business
- Support the Head of HR in designing and delivering the HR Strategy and priorities
Recruitment:
- Partner with the HR Coordinator to effectively onboard new employees and continually review our onboarding processes looking at ways to improve new employee experience.
- Dealing with recruitment agencies and building relationships as and when necessary. Updating the PSL to ensure we maximise the effectiveness of agencies
- Run recruitment workshops to upskill recruiting managers
Ad hoc:
- Support the HR team with payroll processing if required
- Other HR related tasks as and when required
- Travelling between sites to get to know our site based employees
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Horsham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD level 5 (preferred)
