**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain our social media accounts by posting engaging content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide weekly and monthly reports to the social media team.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and public relations, to ensure that social media efforts align with overall company goals.
- Perform various data entry tasks such as entering customer information, updating databases, and inputting product information.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering data.
- Work with various software programs and tools to complete tasks, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and social media management tools.
- Manage and organize files and documents related to social media accounts and data entry tasks.
- Communicate with team members regularly to ensure that projects and tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and phone.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Passion for social media and interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technology.
