Spire Wellesley Hospital are looking for an Administrator to support our fantastic Oncology department on the Bank.

Spire Wellesley Hospital has 3 Theatres (2 laminar flow) and an endoscopy unit, a 33 bedded Surgical Ward covering a wide variety of specialties including Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, General Surgery, Vascular, Plastics, Gynae, Ophthalmology, Spinal, Urology, ENT and Oncology.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
Based in our Oncology department you will be responsible for providing Administrative support to our Nurses. This will include boking appointments and ensuring they are entered on the diary, chase Imaging for results, ensure notes are maintained and correctly filed and generally ensuring the department runs smoothly. You will contact insurance companies to ensure correct authorisation is in place and work closely with a range of stakeholders including Medical Secretaries and Consultants.

**Who we're looking for**:

- You will need to have experience working in an administration role
- Healthcare experience would be a benefit but not a necessity
- Good computer literacy and an excellent attention to detail
- You will need to excel in customer service and be a great communicator
