**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to, maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and updating HR databases.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts by sourcing and reviewing CVs for internal positions, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and assisting with training logistics.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including handling inquiries, escalating issues as needed, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's growth and objectives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar HR administrative role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience in resourcing CVs for internal recruitment is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on a hybrid basis, combining remote and in-office work as required.
