**Job description**:
We are currently recruiting for position of **Senior HR Projects Officer** to join our People and Change team.

Reporting to the Head of People and Change, this role will be responsible for supporting with the implementation of key organisational development programmes including the consultation and implementation of a redesigned Target Operating Model.

The focus of the role will be project based, undertaking a range of review, redesign, and rollout activities to improve organisational processes and efficiencies in a range of project areas. The project areas include workforce planning, job description reviews, employee consultation processes, employee relations, undertaking policy reviews and supporting recruitment activity.
