An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised individual to undertake the role of Phlebotomy Co-ordinator at our Lymington Hospital clinic.

This is a mix of clinical and supervisory roles. The skill of cannulation and venesection is not requisite as this can be taught. We are looking for a someone who demonstrates a good understanding of what is involved in leading a small team, managing relationships and maintaining standards.

As the main point of contact for the service at Lymington you will need excellent problem solving and communication skills.Patient experience and care of your team is key.
