Legal Administrator

Role Responsibilities:
- Assistance with legal case project management
- Legal documents inquiry and court documentation, inventories and core documents preparation
- Diary management and arrangement of meetings, travel and functions
- File management, both hard copy and soft copy using client management software
- Research to include monitoring the Energy Consents Unit and Department of Planning and Environmental Appeals websites
Specific Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience of working within a legal support and business administration role
- Familiarity with legal terms
- Communication skills that demonstrate professional and polished conduct with clients, partners and employees
- Working knowledge and confidence in using office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, facsimiles, etc.
- Ability to work with, and willingness to take direction from various levels of legal staff from partner to trainee
- Pleasant telephone manner and ability to respond appropriately to telephone calls and assist clients with their queries
