Shift pattern - 11pm to 7am

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering an Engaging Dynamic Guest Experience from the welcome through the guest journey to their departure; excellent guest service will underpin everything you do.

The Job will entail:

- Carry out regular Fire Walks each night
- Be detail-oriented: you’ll be setting out ambient breakfast items in the morning, and it needs to look great
- take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and our guests
- cleaning public areas and preparing meeting and event spaces ready for the next day.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
