**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate mechanical projects from initiation to completion, including installation maintenance, and repairs of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
- Plan and schedule daily tasks, assigning responsibilities to technicians based on their expertise and experience.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor project progress, assess quality, and address any issues or challenges that arise.
- Provide technical support and guidance to mechanical technicians, assisting in complex problem-solving and resolving technical queries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a mechanical supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the mechanical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and components, with a solid understanding of mechanical codes and safety standards.
- Relevant mechanical qualifications and certifications are required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and manage a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected challenges.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- A commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of project execution.
- Flexibility to work in various locations across South Wales as per project requirements.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
