We are looking for an experienced **Customer Experience Coordinator** to join our office located at the Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour. As the first point of contact for our UK and Europe client base, you will work to ensure a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Effectively resolving customer concerns with empathy, curiosity, and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
- Processing returns and refunds.
- Working closely with our external warehouses and internal stakeholders.
- Liaising with third-party logistics services.
- Inputting customer information to maintain effective data capture.
- Proactively and professionally collaborating with all customers, teams, and departments.
- Assisting other team members and stakeholders with all customer service-related inquiries.

- Strong customer service skills and a driven, focused attitude.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Computer literacy skills and ability to work across multiple platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High level of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed organisational skills.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
