As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be helping our customers on a broad range of queries, problems and issues. You will support new or existing customers with their enquiries, helping to find the right solutions to their needs. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting customer feedback to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and enhance the customer experience. If you have a passion for delighting customers and have a creative mindset this role could be perfect for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling multiple interactions at the same time
- Analysing and reporting on both quantitative and qualitative customer feedback
- Co-ordinate with technology and other teams responsible for delivering these changes, ensuring that communication is effective between teams on priorities, progress and issues
- Encourage problem-solving, design thinking, strategic thinking and customer-orientation across the organisation
- Acting as the source of truth for all customer experience data; analysing findings, sharing key insights across the business as well as identifying any data gaps or future opportunities
- Supporting the Event Delivery team in preparation for live events
- Must have higher education degree or similar
- Must have experience working with customers
- Must have a strong passion for customer experience
- Will be highly efficient and have an organised approach to your workload
- Will have the ability to work well under pressure and deal with high work volumes
- Will be able to adapt and change priorities according to immediate business needs
