We are the UK's leading detailing and paint protection company, and we are looking to hire a dynamic, results-focused Operations Coordinator for the Topaz Shop, to work hybrid onsite at our London Head office.

**Responsibilities will include;**
- Working to identify new suppliers with products that we can stock or promote for third party sellers.
- Manage the relationship with the new suppliers involving me only when negotiations or decisions are required.
- Identifying new Partners and distributors to help get our product out to market globally.
- Assist me with the setting of the various manufacturing facilities e.g. India, Romania, China etc to manage regional production.
- Manage relationship with ValetPro for all operational issues.
- Manage all Amazon related issues.
- Explore E-Bay as a viable option to sell our products.
- Work with online resellers around the world to get as many to carry our products as possible.
- Own Shopify and the improvements that can be made to the system. Work to get the most out of Shopify.
- Manage the inventory being held by us for all products we stock.
- Assist with re-ordering of products when we are running low
- Log and bring to you all website related issues which need resolving.
- Deal with all returns in the most suitable manner.
- Be responsible for the Decal order receiving, preparing and shipping.
- Assist me with all global shipping and distribution issues.
- Manage all Topaz site orders especially when they start becoming more like distributors and resellers and not just self use.
- Assist with all warranty issues with suppliers - returning stock which is damaged or needs replacing.
- Track all the trade events and ensure our attendance to pick up distributors.
- Prepare for all trade events and attend.

Ideally the successful applicant will use previous experience of events and managing distribution. Furthermore, if you dream of spending your days working around some of the rarest and highest specification vehicles on the road then this new, exciting opportunity gives you the chance to do just that Our Head office site situated in Wembley is a fast paced busy environment where no two days are the same.

The role requires 4 days in the office onsite with 1 day work remote.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
