Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Marketing Executive will provide marketing and communications expertise within the and to assist with the implementation of the overall Marcoms objectives of the company

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in the preparation of direct marketing activity in support of the residential 'owner occupier' marketing plan.
Deal effectively with enquiries from internal and external sources, often those of a complex nature to ensure effective resolution.
Assist in the development of the company website and social media platforms, including content generation.
Provide a support service to ensure that established procedures are satisfactorily maintained.
Provide support in the co-ordination of Corporate Social Responsibility activities, including financial administration support for the department.
Maintain stocks of marketing literature and promotional items
Create content for internal staff engagement and event promotion
Assist in the implementation of the internal communications strategy
Carry out similar levels of duties in other disciplines with the Corporate Affairs department.
Liaise with all staff including senior management and external agencies.
Support the company in the marketing with existing customers.
Manage project budgets in line with expectations.

Criteria

Educated to degree level in a Marketing or another relevant discipline OR Equivalent professional experience to include a relevant marketing qualification / accreditation.
Previous experience working in customer facing role.
Highly computer and web literate, with excellent IT skills
Proficient at copy writing and proofreading.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise, organise and manage a busy workload
Display initiative, creativity and enthusiasm in all aspects of their work
Possess a full current driving license with access to own car for travel and business insurance
Possess a flexible and proactive working attitude

The successful applicant will be required to work between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.30am and 4.30pm on Fridays, usually working no more than 37 hours per week.

Salary for the role will be £22,500
