**Night Duty Manager position at Rendall & Rittner (The Corniche, Lambeth, SE1)**

**Location - The Corniche (Lambeth, SE1)**

**Working Hours** - 4 nights on, 4 nights off 1900 - 0700

**Salary** -£28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)

**Contract** - Permanent

**Your working environment?**

This role will be based at a prestigious estate located in the London Borough of Lambeth. The estate is made up of 350 high-end luxury homes and benefits from facilities including a gym, spa and a resident’s lounge. The location is nearby to many transportlinks including Waterloo, Westminster, and Vauxhall stations.

you’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage and inspire others

you have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems
