We currently have an excellent opportunity for an efficient Administrator to join our highly reputable finance consultancy client on a permanent basis.

This role could suit someone who is maybe looking to progress a career wtihin the financial sector.

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Providing administration support to four Financial Advisors
- Creating and sending out accurate letters to clients
- Accurately inputting data/information onto the in-house software
- Using the in-house software to produce the required reports and information
- Deal with any queries
- Supporting teams within the hub when required
- Working to ensure timescales and deadlines are met

**Skills/Competencies**:

- Administration support background
- Good IT knowledge with excellent MS Office experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive approach
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Accurate data input skills (Keen eye for detail)
- Keen to learn

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
