Night Concierge

An excellent Night concierge is required for the residences at Triptych Bankside, a brand-new super prime scheme launching early next year in Southbank.

Shift Pattern: 4 Nights on 4 Nights off; 7pm -7am

Introduction to Triptych, Bankside

Triptych, Bankside is a brand new, mixed-use luxury development located next to the River Thames in London, launching in Summer 2021. Designed by Squire and Partners, the striking towers of Triptych will become a vibrant and desirable new destination within the South Bank.

Triptych Bankside comprises of:

- 169 private residential apartments within two towers (14 and 18 storeys high) with private amenities
- 29,000 square feet of retail and cultural space
- 85,000 square feet of office accommodation in a separate tower
- a central landscaped public realm, with two levels of basement

Rhodium has been selected as the managing agent across both the residential buildings and the commercial office and retail units. This allows Rhodium to provide a full service and ensure optimum delivery, by having complete knowledge and total accountability. The property management service and daily operations will be delivered to the very highest standards. Meticulous planning is critical to seamless running upon completion, ensuring it is perfectly catered to highly discerning residents and tenants.

Triptych, Bankside will be managed as separate commercial and residential entities although naturally there will be opportunities and dependencies between the entities.

The Role

The concierge will be the first point of contact for residents and guests arriving at the residences at Triptych. They will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests, it will be their duty to create memorable experiences for the residents. They will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.

Regular patrols will have to be undertaken to promote Health & Safety compliance, cleanliness and ensure the scheme is presented to the highest standard.

There is a designated housekeeping team who will be handling the day to day cleaning requirements. However, the night concierge team will be required to assist with ad-hoc requests to ensure all common parts are immaculate at all times, as well as undertake routine cleaning jobs within the amenities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years hospitality experience as a concierge within London super-prime, residential schemes
- Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Service driven, understand the importance of going the 'extra mile'
- Experience serving UHNWIs
- Good knowledge of Central London and surrounding local area
- High standard of written and spoken English, additional language skills beneficial
