Booking Administrator

Veriserv offer a comprehensive set of electrical testing services to the commercial and industrial sectors. Due to expansion we require an experienced Booking Administrator to join our team.
Main duties of the role include booking appointments for a team of electrical engineers, maintaining accurate computerised records of appointments, updating electronic diaries and a bespoke database.
You will be making outbound calls to our clients in order to make appointments for Engineers to attend to conduct Electrical Fixed Wiring Inspections, Portable Appliance Inspections and Remedial/Installation works.
The successful applicant will have the following:
- Experience within a service support role or a high volume call centre environment
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Outstanding telephone tone and manner
- Passionate about customer service
- A great attitude to learning

Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
