Based over two sites in Ballymoney and Coleraine, we are a forward-thinking team who provide a first-class service to our ever-increasing portfolio of diverse business and personal clients in the insurance,

We currently require an Insurance a Customer Services Adviser/Insurance Administrator to play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, and ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
- Ability to multi-task
- Be organised and able to work to deadlines
- Be prompt, reliable and trustworthy
- Excellent communicator both written and verbally
- Problem solver with a pro-active attitude
- Be able to show empathy to customers when needed
- Enjoy working in a team and on your own

**Qualifications required**:

- Minimum - 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) with Maths and English at Grade C

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year
