**Personal Assistant to Senior Procurement Team**
- 3- 6 month Contract with the possibility for an extension and/or a permanent basis.
- £14.37 PER HOUR
- Based in Salisbury - On site

Step Ahead are delighted to be working with a health care provider who are looking for dynamic and motivated Personal Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Procurement and Deputy Director.

**The Job Role**

As a Personal Assistant to the Director of Procurement and Deputy Director, you will be at the heart of their operations, providing comprehensive and high-quality organizational and administrative support. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

- Being the first point of contact for telephone calls and inquiries to the Procurement Offices.
- Coordinating and transcribing minutes of meetings, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and cover sheets for Boards and Committees.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to arrange visits, meetings, and interviews.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and complying with confidentiality policies.
- Contributing to the development of administrative processes and procedures.
- Participating in service improvements and engaging in team meetings.
- Providing training and support to new team members.
- Embracing technological changes and suggesting ways to enhance efficiency.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to interact with individuals at all levels.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously while seeking advice when needed.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and an understanding of data protection requirements.
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment is desirable but not essential.
