**Job Requirements**
Essential
- Experience within a fast-paced, high volume recruitment, resourcing or account management role
- Good record-keeping skills & attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, communication & relationship-building skills
- Ability to advise and influence Hiring Managers
- Experience of using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Understanding of the recruitment process lifecycle
- Competent user of Microsoft packages, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work flexibly, managing multiple tasks simultaneously to tight deadlines
- Experience of using job boards/advertising mediums and social media for recruitment
- Experience using external CV Databases to search for and attract applicants to vacancies
- Experience with process improvement initiatives

- A recognised Recruitment or HR qualification (or willingness to work towards)
**Detailed Responsibilities**- Recruitment Responsibilities
1.2 Building strong relationships with hiring managers with regular recruitment needs, and other key stakeholders across all of the businesses sites and services.
1.3 Manage the end to end recruitment process for your assigned workload, seeking continuous improvement to meet the businesses recruitment needs.
1.5 Responsible for monitoring and updating the applicant tracking system and providing reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager as required.
1.6 Proactively foster engagement with recruitment campaigns using multiple methods, giving consideration to local recruitment trends and target audiences.
1.7 Support the Talent Acquisition Manager by attending open days and career fairs promoting the client brand. Develop relationships with local universities and community groups.
1.8 Set up personnel files for new employees, ensuring files are compliant with legal, regulatory and business requirements.
1.11 Support the Talent & Acquisition Manager with delivering recruitment & selection training for managers.
1.12 Ensure Right to Work and DBS requirements are met and compliant with the latest guidelines
1.13 Begin and manage the on-boarding process, working closely key stakeholders to ensure relevant documentation is collated and updates are provided in relation to compliance and start date.
