Powder Coating Supervisor

Key Tasks:

- Help lead the Powder Coating Team by example by promoting a safe, clean, and tidy working environment.
- Ensure all NCRs are logged and preventative actions are put in place.
- Report faults to the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Team.
- Ensure all Team follow the Job Specification.
- Help ensure that all outputs are “Right First Time”.
- Carry out Toolbox Talks with the Powder Coating Team.
- Liaise with other Team Leaders on the shift.
- Support the Senior Management Team.

KPI Measures:

- Meeting / exceeding of production targets.
- Health & Safety Statistics.
- Quality statistics.

Key Requirements for Role:

- Ideally some people-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic planning and organisation skills.
- Ability to follow powder coating procedures.
- Ideally FLT License.

Person Specification:

- 5 Years of Powder Coating experience.
- Previous experience supervising a Powder Coating Team.
- Familiar with modern manufacturing processes.
- Hardworking.
- Flexible approach.
- Quality-minded.
- Detail
- conscious.
- Self-motivated.
- “Can do” attitude.
- Team-worker.

**Salary**: Up to £38,000.00 per year
