My client is a leading manufacturer of custom-made steel door solutions in the Stoke on Trent area. They are looking for a Powder Coat Supervisor to join them ASAP on a permanent basis working day shifts. This role focuses on supporting the Powder Coating Team to ensure smooth operations while maintaining a strong emphasis on workplace health and safety. This is a truly exciting time to join a market leading organisation with aggressive growth plans who are relocating to a brand new site in April 2024 in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will be responsible for: Promoting a safe, clean, and organised working environment by setting the standard for the Powder Coating Team. Ensuring that all NCRs are documented, and necessary preventive actions are implemented. Reporting any equipment or operational faults to the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Team. Providing support to the Senior Management Team in achieving production goals. Conducting regular toolbox talks with the Powder Coating Team to enhance safety and performance. Assisting in ensuring that all production outputs meet quality standards and are "Right First Time."You will have: Powder Coating experience Previous experience supervising a Powder Coating Team A familiarity with modern manufacturing processes FLT License (desirable)The package: You'll receive a very competitive salary (please get in touch for details on this) and other benefits including pension, free car parking, annual leave and extra day off for your birthday.
