**Personal Assistant Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Travel arrangements which will include arranging/managing a significant amount of national travel and hotel bookings across the country.
- Hospitality bookings and arranging client events.
- Collating papers and reports for monthly Board meetings, ensuring their prompt circulation to the Board. Attending and minuting the board meetings.
- HR Support, including recruitment, preparation of Offer Letters, attendance at confidential HR meetings to take detailed notes and liaising with the HR Advisors.
- Daily review and input of holidays requests for all staff.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff as necessary.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate and managing all communications in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
- Any other ad hoc duties as necessary including various meeting minutes, arranging charity events, organising Christmas hampers and yearly calendars.

- Have the utmost attention to detail.
- Be able to maintain strict confidentiality and act with diplomacy, tact, and discretion at all times.
- Exceptional organisational, time-management and administrative skills.
- Be able to work as part of a team and help out others in the office if required.
- Have a strong grasp of the English language both verbal and written.
- Have considerable experience of taking minutes
