**Responsibilities**:
In this temporary Band 5 RMN role, your primary responsibility will be to provide care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement appropriate treatment plans for patients. Your duties will include:

- Conducting thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs
- Developing and implementing care plans based on individual patient needs
- Administering medications and monitoring their effects
- Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
- Assisting patients in developing coping strategies and managing symptoms
- Participating in team meetings and client reviews
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient documentation
- Adhering to safeguarding and confidentiality policies

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

- Registered as a Mental Health Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Experience working in a mental health setting
- Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and associated treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Commitment to providing person-centered care
