About Us:

**Responsibilities**:
Food Preparation:
Assist in the preparation of ingredients for daily recipes.
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency.
Cut, chop, and dice vegetables, meats, and other ingredients as directed.

Cleaning and Sanitising:
Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Wash, peel, and clean fruits and vegetables.
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes as per health and safety standards.
Adhere to proper sanitation practices to ensure a hygienic kitchen.

Supporting Kitchen Operations:
Assist chefs and cooks in various tasks as needed.
Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and tools.
Receive and store incoming supplies, ensuring proper rotation of perishable items.

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production goals.
Communicate effectively with chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff.
Be willing to cross-train and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Adherence to Health and Safety Standards:
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Report any safety concerns or incidents to the kitchen manager.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to follow directions and work well in a team setting.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
