I have a full-time role for a Credit controller needed ASAP on a 12-month FTC in Southam. The job role is collecting debt for domestic and small commercial customers so experience in this field would be beneficial. You will be part of a fantastic companythat is developing rapidly.

Duration of contract: 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 8:30 - 16:30 or 09:30 - 17:30. Two shift patterns which are rotated on a weekly basis. 37.5 hours/week

Date Required: Immediate start

Key responsibilities will include:

- Manage customers through the entire credit control process
- Debt collection, cash allocation and query resolution
- Reduce late payments, minimise debt and optimise cash flow into the business
- Building good relationships with customers

What skills & experience do I need to demonstrate?
- Experience of credit control and account reconciliation
- Experience of credit control experience (min 12 months)
- Strong administrative experience
- Preferably experience of domestic and commercial credit control
- A minimum of Grace C in English and Maths at GCSE level or equivalent is required
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels
- Ability to work to targets
- Well organised and thorough
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- A flexible, enthusiastic approach to teamwork and the ability to deal with an ever-changing environment
- A genuine desire to work in Credit Control
