Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be assisting a commercial, growing client with offices in Bexhill, East Sussex. Our client is looking for an FP&A Assistant on a permanent basis, this position is reporting into the Head of FP&A and working in a team.You'll be tasked to look after the forecasts and analysis of financial information for an area of the business, whilst supporting the business during month/year ends.

Duties will include:

- Preparing management accounts on a monthly basis
- Performing key analysis across performance and costing.
- Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Variance analysis and commentaries.
- Assisting with budgets and forecasting’s
- Ad hoc support across the finance department

Essential skills/experience:

- ACCA/CIMA active studier (ideally part-qualified) or Graduate/ AAT looking to further develop
- Strong IT skills, Excel advanced user and exposure to ERP accountancy systems is desirable.
- Ability to navigate and manage large quantities of data.
- Strong communication skills.
