Crouchers Hotel is a 4 star boutique hotel on the outskirts of Chichester. We're a family run business that strive to provide the highest quality customer service and experiences.

We're looking for a part time receptionist to join our fun, friendly and hard working team. **We're looking for someone for 4, approximately 8 hour shifts, per week with the availability to pick up extra shifts as required. Flexibility with shifts and weekend availability is required.**

**The main responsibilities of the job are, but not limited to**:

- Welcoming guests in a friendly, polite and professional manner.
- Taking reservations for the hotel, cottages and both restaurants on the estate.
- Responding to general enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring all enquiries are forwarded to the relevant department / person if needed.
- Daily room checks before guests arrival.
- Making sure housekeeping are briefed of any special requests for the arrivals.

- Friendly and bubbly with a passion for hospitality and providing the highest level of customer service.
- Detail orientated. Due to the nature of the business, it is vital that all details are recognised and acted on accordingly.
- Organisation is key Being organised and having good time management is a key part of working in what can sometimes be a very fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be customer focused and enjoy interacting with the public.
- Willingness to learn new skills as well as improving on existing skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility. Due to the nature of the role and the shift patterns, we are looking for someone with a flexible schedule that can work around the shift requirements and also the availability to pick up an extra shift if needed for any type of cover.

**Our shifts are roughly as shown below and will vary each week with a range of morning and evening shifts included**:
**Monday - Friday**
**Morning: 6:30am - 3pm**
**Evening: 2:30pm - 10:30pm**

**Saturday - Sunday**
**Morning: 7:30am - 4pm**
**Evening: 3:30pm - 11pm**

We're looking for someone with a passion for hospitality, who understands the importance of the role when delivering the quality of customer service expected and is committed to having an eye for detail.

It's an extremely important role within our business and we're looking for the perfect person to become a member of our team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32-35 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
