**Job description**

Transformation & Change forms a key part of Mazars' Management Consulting offering. You will work across a multitude of sectors and markets to serve as our clients' genuine partners to navigate through turbulence, design and deliver innovative, impactful and sustainable transformation programmes and initiatives, and facilitate clients' organisation-wide strategic and cultural change.

We help our clients achieve their aspirations whether it is growth, digitisation, or operational efficiency and effectiveness through a fully integrated Transformation & Change Management service that puts people at the heart of the change, with an agile value-based approach and quality outcome-centric mindset.

**Job Purpose**

As an Assistant Manager within the Management Consulting team, you will take an active role in managing transformation & change projects for our clients.

You will contribute to scoping of client engagements and approach, underpinning the management of projects and also working closely with senior representatives of client organisations.

In addition to working with Management Consulting and other colleagues to deliver transformational change, you will proactively seek out opportunities to develop the service offering and embed best practice withing the Management Consulting team.

**Role & Responsibilities**

This role is for an ambitious and driven professional who has already built up a good level of experience working on organisational transformation / change programmes across people / operating model / culture, process / operations, or digital / system / data landscape.

You will ideally bring multi-sector experience gained either through Consultancy or in-house transformation function, and ability to join forces with our existing capability and hit the ground running, providing immediate value for our client transformation programmes and change journey.

Alongside working on client projects, you will have the opportunity to help us strengthen our Transformation & Change core practice and coach others to broaden their expertise, whilst supporting the Director to drive business development and deepen client relationships.

Key responsibilities may include:

- Tailor the scope and approach as part of Transformation project initiation and act as Engagement Manager (where appropriate) to programme manage and deliver desired project outcomes
- Develop credible business cases for transformational change, public & social sector exposure will be extremely valuable.
- Work in collaboration with clients' leads to plan for implementation and ensure we have a key role to play to support the realisation of full programme benefits.
- Leverage change management methodology, process. and tools to create strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and lead ecosystem stakeholder management activities
- Drive communication efforts throughout the project lifecycle to underpin people-led transformational change
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of programme related training / coaching requirements

Other duties
- Leverage Mazars wider Advisory & Consulting capabilities to support the full scope of clients requirements
- Identify and effectively mitigate programme risks
- Support and engage senior leaders
- Coach client's staff during programme lifecycle and promote knowledge-sharing
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists
- Support broader relationship-building, networking and business development activities (including tender support)

Education and qualifications
- Degree in business or social science related discipline
- Programme / Project management qualification or relevant experience
- Accountancy qualification (desirable)
- Change management certification (desirable)
- A good track record of delivering successful transformational change projects with the ability to demonstrate contribution to achieving tangible outcomes
