**Salary**:
£30,000 - £37,000 + Fantastic Benefits Package - Yearly Salary Reviews - Discretionary Bonuses & Progression Opportunities
**Responsibilities**:
The Production Scheduler will be responsible for communicating with all stakeholders within the business to develop and maintain production plans for all areas of the operation to satisfy our customer demands.
- Create Master Production Schedule to ensure customer requirements are fully met
- Drive, promote and develop positive communication with all departments to improve forecast accuracy
- Responsible for producing production plans in line with factory production line capacities and sales forecast
- Work as part of cross functional team to ensure there is adequate capacity available to meet short term Sales and Operational Planning demand and longer-term strategic plans.
- Assist in the resolution of MRP and planning discrepancies
- Analyse and identify risks associated with the options built into the master production plan, including manufacturing lead times
- Monitor and report on daily production outputs and ensure high levels of schedule adherence are achievable and realistic
- Minimize costs and inventory to ensure company objectives are achieved
**The Ideal Person**:
- Must have experience in production planning/scheduling, ideally from a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Previous ERP system planning experience
- INDJG_
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
