**Duties**:

- Product / Channel Optimisation
- Amazon FBA
- Order processing and review
- Analysing and Reporting
- Customer Service
- Communication: Supporting and working with all other departments when required

**Criteria**:

- GCSEs in English or Maths, Grades A-C or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role ie eCommerce / website administration
- Strong excel and data uploading.
- Proven standard of IT literacy.
- Communication skills both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
