The team provides a dedicated point of contact for support, advice, guidance, best practice, and education to ESR Self Service users for a range of activities including (but not restricted to) how to use the ESR Self Service Portal, booking absence, using appraisals to manage PADR's and revalidation, updating personal information, booking training, accessing e-learning and managing compliance.

NHS Wales Shared Service Partnership is offering an exciting opportunity to work within the NHS Wales ESR (Electronic Staff Record) Support Wales Team.

The team provides a dedicated point of contact for support, advice, guidance, best practice, and education to ESR Self Service users.

As a Digital Workforce Support Officer, you will be expected to deliver a first class service to all employees, and where possible, provide first time resolutions in line with SLA agreement targets. If you are a good communicator, customer focused and would thrive in a varied, dynamic role then this is the role for you.

The ability to speak Welsh is highly desirable, though Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
